Base Rate Really, at this stage I'll take whatever you have to offer. For now let's set a base of $10 per ad just because, well, it's about the price of a glass of wine at a restaurant. And on top of that $10 let's add 2 cents per subscriber. So, if/when we get to 100 subscribers, the fee for your ad would be $10 plus $2 for 100 subscribers for a total of $12. Sound fair?
